VEC Maintain Division 1 Status

Sicco Lansu (left) scored twice in VEC 2nds relegation battle match against Strand Utd. 2nds in Terenure on Wednesday. Sean Fox may have scored his first goal for VEC 2nds, but it was his 29th of the season, having scored the remainder for VEC 3rds.The other goals came from Pat Meghan (right) and an o.g. as VEC finished 5-1 winners.

VEC Finish 3rd in Division 3A

VEC 3rds followed up on their wins against league runners-up Limekiln FC and Cloncastle Utd., beating Division 3A strugglers Finsbury Park 4-1 in Terenure. Darragh Murphy scored his first goal of the season along with Rory O'Dwyer, Johnny Byrne (left) & that man again - Sean Fox (right).

VEC Maintain Premier Division Status

After a slow start to the season, VEC lost only 1 of their last 8 league games to maintain their Premier Division status for the 38th consecutive season in the UCFL. Current positions in the table:
